摘要
通过对顺丁橡胶装置R-2401入口弯头进行失效分析,发现失效原因是不锈钢材料焊接后敏化造成的氯离子的应力腐蚀开裂。在以后的安装中应当严格按照规范进行施工,杜绝因安装不当造成的敏化。
Failure analysis of R-2401 inlet elbow in failure analysis of R-2401 entranle elbow of butadiene rubber devile rubber unit shows that the failure is caused by stress corrosion cracking of chloride ion caused by sensitization of stainless steel after welding.In the following installation should be strictly in accordance with the norms for construction,to eliminate the installation caused by sensitization.
