特种设备信息化管理研究

Research on Special Equipment Information Management

特种设备通常是应用于一些特殊环境或场合的设备,其种类较多且操作复杂,管理难度较大,一旦出现故障就可能发生严重的安全事故。本文首先分析了当前特种设备信息化管理存储的主要问题,其次阐述了如何将信息技术与特种设备管理相结合以提高设备安全管理效率和质量,最后从全面采集设备基础数据、搭建设备状态监测系统、构建特种设备服务平台、打造信息化管理团队等四个方面给出了特种设备信息化管理策略。

Special equipment is usually used in some special environments or occasions.It has many types and complex operations,and is difficult to manage.Once a failure occurs,a serious safety accident will occur.This article first analyzes the main problems of the current special equipment information management storage,and then explains how to combine information technology and special equipment management to improve the efficiency and quality of equipment safety management.Finally,the comprehensive management strategy of special equipment is given from four aspects:comprehensive collection of equipment basic data,construction of equipment condition monitoring system,construction of special equipment service platform,and construction of information management team.
