摘要
文莱PMB大桥引桥采用短线匹配法预制,T构对称悬拼,边跨悬挂拼装工艺,箱梁横坡纵坡变化大,西引桥曲率半径小,拼装精度要求高,施工难度大。本文简要介绍了文莱PMB大桥节段梁拼装施工关键技术,包括墩顶0#节段梁安装、标准平衡悬臂T构拼装、边跨梁段悬挂拼装、中跨合拢段施工等技术,可为类似工程参考借鉴。
The approach bridge of Brunei PMB Bridge is prefabricated by"short-term matching method",T structure symmetrical suspension,side span suspension assembly technology,box girder transverse slope longitudinal slope changes greatly,the curvature radius of west approach bridge is small,assembly precision requirements,construction difficulties.This paper briefly introduces the key technologies of segmental-beam assembling construction,including the installation of pier top No.0 segmental-beam,the construction of standard balanced cantilever"T",the suspension of side span beam segment,and the construction of mid-span closure segment,which can be used for reference for similar projects.
