渭北台塬区耕地撂荒研究分析——以渭南市澄城县为例

Study and analysis of cultivated land abandoned in Weibei tableland——Taking Chengcheng County of Weinan City as an Example

随着社会经济的快速发展,耕地撂荒现象情况不断加剧,严重影响了国家粮食安全和生态环境,逐步演变成为一个综合性的社会问题。本文以澄城县为研究区域,在二次土地调查数据库的基础上,采用Google Earth影像提取撂荒耕地的规模和数量,对耕地撂荒率计算和空间分布格局进行研究。结果表明,澄城县耕地撂荒主要分布在冯原镇、王庄镇及赵庄镇等区域,耕地撂荒主要受农业收益低、农村劳动力不足及政策不完善等因素的影响。研究结果可为研究区撂荒情况政策制定提供数据支撑,同时也为其他地区的撂荒耕地研究提供科学依据和参考。

With the rapid development of social economy, the phenomenon of cultivated land abandonment is becoming more and more serious, which has seriously affected the national food security and ecological environment stability, and gradually evolved into a comprehensive social problem. In this paper, Chengcheng County is taken as the research area. On the basis of the second land survey database, the scale and quantity of abandoned farmland are extracted by Google Earth image, and the calculation and spatial distribution pattern of abandoned farmland are studied. The results show that cultivated land abandonment is mainly distributed in Fengyuan Town, Wangzhuang Town and Zhaozhuang Town, and is mainly affected by low agricultural income, insufficient rural labor force and imperfect policies. The results of this study can provide data support for the policy-making of abandoned land in the study area, and also provide scientific basis and reference for the study of abandoned land in other areas.
