延安市治沟造地重大工程项目生态效益评价——以宜川县为例

Evaluation of ecological benefit of gully land consolidation in Yan’an——A case study of Yichuan County,Shaanxi Province

延安市治沟造地重大工程项目是改善延安土地生态环境、增强农业后劲,解决"三农"问题的重要举措,对其整治情况进行生态效益评价是治沟造地项目成果评价的一个重要组成部分。本文从生态环境保护的视角选取评价因子,结合项目区实际情况,通过层次分析法构建判断矩阵,再利用综合效益评价法计算出各项指标得分,并以延安市宜川县英旺乡治沟造地项目为例进行验证。结果表明:治沟造地项目的实施,增加了陕北黄土高原破碎塬区耕地面积,提升了土壤肥力,增强了项目区的防风固沙能力,促进了生态环境保护,治沟造地项目取得了显著成果。

Gully Land Consolidation in Yan’an is an important measure to improve the soil ecological environment,strengthen the agricultural stamina and solve the"three rural"problems.The ecological benefit evaluation of its improvement is an important part of the evaluation of the results of the land reclamation project.From the perspective of ecological environment protection,this paper selected evaluation factors,combined with the actual situation of the project area,constructed the judgment matrix by analytic hierarchy process,and then calculated the scores of each index by comprehensive benefit evaluation method,and validated the project of land reclamation in Yingwang Township,Yichuan County,Yan’an City as an example.The results showed that the implementation of the project increased the area of cultivated land,increased soil fertility,enhanced the ability of wind and sand fixation,promoted the protection of ecological environment,and achieved remarkable results.
