基于耦合协调度模型的西安市土地利用与产业结构均衡性研究

Study on the balance of land use and industrial structure in Xi’an based on coupling coordination model

本文以西安市为例,运用变异系数法和耦合协调模型,研究近十年来西安市土地利用与产业结构耦合协调情况。结果表明,土地利用结构综合指数增幅小于产业结构综合指数,表明西安市土地利用没有跟上产业经济发展的要求;土地利用与产业结构耦合协调发展度与相对发展度相差较大,处于一般耦合阶段,一定程度上限制了产业经济发展。建议加强土地需求的调研与研判,增强土地利用布局的合理性与科学性,协调好耕地保护与经济发展的关系,满足西安经济发展对土地利用的需求。

Taking Xi’an as an example,this paper studies the coupling and coordination of land use and industrial structure in Xi’an in recent ten years by using coefficient of variation and the coupling and coordination model.The analysis shows that the increase of land use structure comprehensive index is smaller than that of industrial structure comprehensive index,which indicates that land use in Xi’an has not kept up with the requirements of industrial economic development;the degree of coordinated development of land use and industrial structure is quite different from that of relative development,which is in the stage of general coupling,which limits the development of industrial economy to some extent.It is suggested that the investigation and judgment of land demand should be strengthened,the rationality and scientificity of land use layout should be strengthened,the relationship between cultivated land protection and economic development should be well coordinated,and the demand of land use for economic development in Xi’an should be met.
