摘要 教学传统是那些一直影响和支配教学现在的教学过去,不能被视为一种只是存在于过去的教学历史现象,而应该被当作一个不断被理解和诠释的教学历史过程,它同时兼具历史传承性和后世创造性。作为人类特有的社会实践活动,教学是具体的、历史的,教学传统也可以理解为连接教学过去、教学现在与教学未来的一种纽带,一种不断延伸的教学历史连续性。教学传统主义是教师普遍存在的一种正常的教学心理反应,而教学保守主义则是一种教学的思想倾向,它是基于某种教学传统的有意识建构,具有强烈的介入教学现实的倾向。面对不确定性的教学世界,教师需要确立辩证思考日常教学生活的历史之维,唤起日常教学生活中的教学传统,建立与教学过去的有机联系,为教学传统的延续和发展奠定坚实的基础。 Teaching tradition is the past teaching experiences that have always influenced and dominated the present teaching practices.It should not be regarded as a historical phenomenon of teaching only existing in the past,but should be deemed as a historical process of teaching that is constantly understood and interpreted.Teaching traditionalism is a normal psychological reaction in teaching generally existing among teachers,while teaching conservatism is a type of ideological tendency of teaching.It is a conscious construction based on certain teaching tradition,and has a strong tendency to intervene the reality of teaching.Facing the uncertain teaching world,teachers need to establish the historical dimension of thinking dialectically on the daily life of teaching,to evoke teaching tradition from teaching practices,to set up an interactive connection with the past teaching experiences,and to lay a solid foundation for the continuation and development of teaching tradition.
