韩学文献整理研究的构想及意义

The Conceptualization and Significance of Literature Compilation and Research on Han Feizi Studies

历代韩学的发展可以分为传统与现代两个阶段。晚清民国以来,韩学研究由传统向现代转型,呈现出新的面貌与格局。综观20世纪的韩学发展,其主要进展体现为四点:一、对韩学思想的特别关注;二、对《韩非子》文本的特别关注;三、对韩学文献的特别关注;四、对综合研究的特别关注。与此相应,韩学文献的整理与研究主要涉及对历代韩学文献的全面清理、对《韩非子》文本的重新整理以及韩学史的现代建构,具体包括历代韩学文献叙录、古代韩学文献汇编、现代韩学论著萃编、《韩非子》汇校集释集评、中国韩学史建构等五个方面。韩学文献整理与研究,既是对诸子学研究新领域的开拓与新范式的探索,也是对新时代古籍整理工作的具体实践。同时,全面清理传统的法家文化资源,发掘其现代价值,对于加强社会主义法治文化建设也具有重要的意义。

The development of Han Feizi studies falls into traditional and modern stages.Since the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,Han Feizi studies have transitioned from traditional stage to modern stage,establishing new features and structures.Throughout its development over the 20 th century,Han Feizi studies place special focus on the thought of Han Feizi studies,Han Feizi,Han Feizi literature,and comprehensive research.Correspondingly,the collation and research of Han Feizi literatures mainly involve the profound catalog of Han Feizi studies literature,the reorganization of the texts of Han Feizi,and the historical construction of its studies.Specifically,these include the narration of historical literatures on Han Feizi studies,the compilation of ancient Han Feizi literatures,the compilation of modern Han Feizi studies,the collected collations,annotations and commentaries of Han Feizi,and the construction of the history of Chinese Han Feizi studies.The collation and research of Han Feizi literature represents not only the development of new fields and the exploration of new paradigms in the study of Zhuzi studies,but also the concrete practice of collation of ancient books in the new era.Meanwhile,it is also significant to clearly delineate the traditional legalist cultural resources and explore their modern values for strengthening the construction of socialist legal culture.
