摘要
芝麻是我国重要的油料之一,列举芝麻油和芝麻蛋白的典型提取工艺,描述它们的工艺原理,并指出其优缺点,对芝麻加工前景做了进一步的展望。
Sesame is one of the important oils in China.This article describes the process principle by enu-merating the typical extraction process of sesame oil and sesame protein,and points out their advantages and disadvantages.Finally,a further outlook on sesame processing was made.
