摘要
为了实现古代彩绘文物常用蛋白类胶料的无损分析,文章使用红外光谱法采集了蛋黄、蛋清、皮胶、骨胶、鱼鳔胶参考样品的红外吸收光谱,发现其在1651cm^(-1)、1547cm^(-1)、1242cm^(-1)等处存在明显的共同吸收峰:为了实现胶料细类的红外光谱区分,文章引入因子分析对光谱数据进行处理,发现1335cm^(-1)左右、1746cm^(-1)左右、1203cm^(-1)左右和1165cm^(-1)左右四个波数位置的吸收峰对胶料种类的区别鉴定非常重要。得出了通过红外光谱结合因子分析,可以实现胶料中蛋清、蛋黄、鱼鳔胶之间,以及它们与皮胶和骨胶间的区分,但皮胶和骨胶均为胶原蛋白,成分相似度高,红外光谱差异不显著的结论。
To nondestructive analyze the commonly used protein glue in ancient painted cultural relics,the infrared spectra of egg yolk,egg white,skin glue,bone glue and fish bladder glue reference samples.were collected.Based on the spectra of reference samples,it was found that there were obvious common absorption peaks at 1651cm^(-1),1547cm^(-1)and 1242cm^(-1).To realize the infrared spectrum distinction of the binder,factor analysis is introduced to process the spectral data.It was found that the absorption peaks at four wave numbers of about 1335cm^(-1),1746cm^(-1),1203cm^(-1)and 1165cm^(-1)are very important for the distinction and identification of binder.It was concluded that the distinction between egg white,egg yolk,swim bladder glue,skin glue/bone glue can be realized by infrared spectrum combined with factor analysis.However,both skin glue and bone glue are collagen,with high component similarity and no significant difference in the infrared spectrum.
