This paper describes the regional distribution,word meaning,contextual distribution,syntactic collocation and pronunciation of Ji饥,E饿and their synonyms摆^(=)[^(c)pai]and白^(=)[■pai]in dialects in Hebei province.Based on the description and analysis,it discusses relating issues and reveals the importance of such field investigation.
