网络空间治理研究自20世纪90年代兴起,至今已有20余年的研究历史,无论是国外还是国内都有大量的研究,主要围绕网络空间治理模式、网络空间治理机制与平台、网络空间治理主体、网络空间治理秩序、网络空间安全、网络空间主权与数据主权、网络空间治理困境、网络空间治理的博弈等议题展开。对什么是网络空间治理、网络空间治理什么、谁在治理网络空间、如何治理网络空间、网络空间治理的成效如何、网络空间治理存在什么问题、网络空间治理发展的方向等全球网络空间治理中的关键问题进行了回答。但随着全球网络空间的发展变化,需要寻求新的研究切入点和研究方向,寻找一种联系性的、互动性的研究方法,来打破以往研究中的各种二元对立,进一步提升研究的思辨性和现实指导意义。

The study of cyberspace governance has a history of more than 20 years. It focuses on cyberspace governance mode, cyberspace governance mechanism and platform, cyberspace governance subject, cyberspace governance order, cyberspace security, cyberspace sovereignty and data sovereignty, cyberspace governance dilemma, cyberspace governance game and other issues. The key questions in global cyberspace governance such as what is cyberspace governance, what is cyberspace governance, who is governing cyberspace, how to govern cyberspace, how to achieve the results of cyberspace governance, what problems exist in cyberspace governance, and the direction of development of cyberspace governance are answered. However, with the development and change of global cyberspace, there is still a large space for research and development, and it is urgent to find new research entry points and research directions.
