坚昆、黠戛斯族名新探

The New Research on Jiankun and Qïrqïz’ Ethnic Groups Name

坚昆、黠戛斯是吉尔吉斯在不同历史时期的汉语译名,此民族秦时活动在蒙古高原北部乌兰固木及其毗邻的图瓦盆地一带,在匈奴兼并漠北诸部的影响下,迁徙到米努辛斯克盆地阿巴坎河与图瓦盆地叶尼塞河上游之间。黠戛斯早期的语言是古萨摩耶德语,黠戛斯语源即来自于此。在公元前1世纪匈奴定都坚昆以及周边丁零等突厥语族的影响下,到北朝后期其语言逐渐突厥化。

Jiankun and Qïrqïz are the Chinese translations of Kyrgyz in different historical periods.The activities of the Qin Dynasty were living in the northern part of the Mongolian Plateau,Ulangumu and its adjacent Tuva Basin.Under the influence of the Hun Conquest,they migrated to the place,between the Abakan River in the Minusinsk Basin and the Upper Yenisei River in the Tuva Basin.The early language of Qïrqïz was old Samoyed,and the name of Qïrqïz came from this.Under the influence of the Huns and Dingling since the first century BC,the language of Qïrqïz gradually became Turkic in the late Northern Dynasties.
