摘要
老年性骨质疏松症是临床常见的代谢性疾病,具有发病率高且危害性大等特点,如何有效防治老年性骨质疏松症的发生发展已成为近年来的研究热点.大量研究表明,传统运动在防治老年性骨质疏松症、改善其骨痛症状等方面疗效显著,且具有“简、便、廉、效”的独特优势,适宜临床推广.结合中医“通则不痛”思想,探讨“以通为用”的传统运动在老年性骨质疏松症防治中的作用,分别对太极拳、八段锦、五禽戏、易筋经四大传统运动功法防治老年性骨质疏松症的作用机制及临床应用的最新进展加以综述,以期能充分发挥传统运动功法的特色与优势,为临床科学开展老年性骨质疏松症患者的传统运动干预,从而控制疾病进展、提高患者的生活质量提供新的思路.
Senile osteoporosis(SOP)is a common clinical metabolic disease with high incidence and great harm,and how to effectively prevent the occurrence and development of senile osteoporosis has become a research hotspot in recent years.A large number of studies have shown that the efficacy of traditional exercise in preventing SOP and improving its symptoms of bone pain is significant,and it has the unique advantage of being“simple,convenient,cheap and effective”,which is suitable for clinical promotion.In this paper,we combine the idea of“Tongyou do not pain”in traditional Chinese medicine to explore the role of traditional exercise“using general as a remedy”in the prevention and treatment of senile osteoporosis,and review the recent progress in understanding the mechanism and clinical application of four major traditional exercise utilitarians,namely Tai Chi,Baduanjin,wuavian games,and Yijing,respectively,in the prevention and treatment of SOP,with the aim of fully realizing the characteristics and advantages of traditional exercise utilitarians and developing traditional exercise interventions for patients with SOP in clinical science.Thus,it provides new ideas to control the progress of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
