金融支持大型体育赛事的服务模式与影响效应研究——基于“十四运”支付服务视角

Research on the Service Mode and Influence Effect of Financial Support for Large-scale Sports Events——Based on the perspective of payment services for the 14th National Games

2021年9月,第十四届全国运动会成功在陕西举办,有力推动陕西经济、社会、文化发展。金融是现代经济的核心和血脉,支付等基础金融服务是“十四运”等大型体育赛事成功举办的基础条件和重要保障。通过文献梳理、经验总结、逻辑比较等研究方法,总结归纳国内外历届大型体育赛事金融服务模式,深入剖析2008年北京奥运会至2021年“十四运”,国内大型体育赛事支付服务需求演进及其对提升金融服务质效、助推经济发展的影响效应,建议后“十四运”时期持续深化陕西省支付服务环境建设成效,从加强统筹规划与经验推广、提升账户服务与管理水平、加强银行卡及移动支付受理环境建设、扩大数字人民币试点范围、保障支付清算系统安全稳定运行等方面,进一步提升支付等基础金融服务陕西实体经济发展的能力与质效。

In September 2021,the 14th National Games were successfully held in Shaanxi,which was effectively promoting the economic,social and cultural development of Shaanxi.Finance is the core and blood of the modern economy,and basic financial services such as payment are the basic and important guarantees for the successful holding of largescale sports events such as the"14th National Games".Through literature review,experience summary,logical comparison and other research methods,this article summarize the financial service models of previous large-scale sports events at home and abroad,and deeply analyze the evolution of payment service demand for large-scale domestic sports events from the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games to the 14th National Games in 2021 and its impact on improving the quality and efficiency of financial services and boosting economic development,it is recommended to continue to deepen the construction of the payment service environment in Shaanxi Province during the post-"14th National Games"period,from strengthening overall planning and experience promotion,improving account services and management levels,strengthening the construction of bank card and mobile payment acceptance environment,and expanding the safe and stable operation of the digital RMB payment and clearing system to further enhance the ability and quality of basic financial services for the development of Shaanxi's real economy.
