碳中和目标下绿色信贷影响因素探析

Exploring the Influencing Factors of Green-credit Under the Carbon Neutrality Target

本文梳理了碳中和、碳达峰相关文献基础上筛选绿色信贷影响因素,构建影响因素Logistics回归模型,结合相关数据进行实证分析,获得碳中和背景下绿色信贷发展的主要影响因素。结果表明,影响绿色信贷发展的重要因素为金融发展水平、工业污染治理完成投资情况、污染惩罚力度、第二产业比重、政府环保补贴,最后从提升金融服务水平、加大处理工业污染的投资额、完善相关法律法规等方面提出的建议。

The article reviews the literature on carbon neutrality and peak carbon dioxide emissions,exploring the influencing factors of green-credit and constructs a logistic regression model.An empirical analysis of the data and a search for the main factors influencing the development of green-credit in a carbon neutral context.The results show that the important factors affecting the development of green-credit are the level of financial development,the investment in industrial pollution control,the strength of pollution penalties,the proportion of secondary industry,and government environmental protection subsidies.Finally,the recommendations made in terms of improving the level of financial services,increasing the amount of investment in dealing with industrial pollution and improving the relevant laws and regulations.
