数字经济发展对服务业结构升级的影响机制研究

Research on the Impact Mechanism of the Development of Digital Economy on the Structural Upgrading of Service Industry

数字经济发展如何影响中国服务业结构升级?为探究这个问题,文章先从理论上阐述数字经济发展对服务业结构升级的影响机制,随后构建指标体系对我国2011-2019年30个省级区域数字经济发展水平进行综合评价,基于评价结果对理论预期进行实证检验。研究发现:数字经济发展有助于推动服务业结构升级且存在不同地区和不同行业的异质性。机制检验表明:数字经济对服务业结构升级的影响主要通过人力资本效应和技术创新效应两个途径实现,其中人力资本效应作用要大于技术创新效应。

How does the development of digital economy affect the structural upgrading of China’s service industry?In order to explore this issue,the article first theoretically expounds the impact mechanism of the development of digital economy on the structural upgrading of the service industry,and then constructs an indicator system to comprehensively evaluate the development level of digital economy in 30 provincial regions in China from 2011 to 2019,and empirically tests the theoretical expectations based on the evaluation results.The study found that the development of digital economy helps to promote the structural upgrading of the service industry,and there is heterogeneity in different regions and industries.The mechanism test shows that the impact of the digital economy on the structural upgrading of the service industry is mainly realized through two ways:the human capital effect and the technological innovation effect,of which the human capital effect is greater than the technological innovation effect.
