国际碳减排责任分配视角下中美温室气体排放测算及影响因素研究

From the Perspective of International Carbon Emission Reduction Responsibility Allocation China’s and USA’s Production and Consumption GHG EmisSions and Driving Factors

本文基于WIOD和IEA提供的温室气体排放总量和世界投入产出数据,使用MRIO模型测算了1995-2011年中美两国生产侧和消费侧温室气体排放,并利用SDA模型比较了中美两国生产侧和消费侧温室气体排放变化的影响因素,以期为建立公平有效的碳交易市场、推动碳金融发展提供有益借鉴。

Based on the total GHG emissions and the world input-output data provided by WIOD and IEA,this paper uses the MRIO model to estimate the GHG emissions of production and consumption sides in China and the United States between 1995 and 2011,and uses the SDA model to decompose and compare driving factors influencing greenhouse gas emissions changes on the side and consumer side,in order to establish a fair and effective carbon trading market and promote the development of carbon finance.
