The Path Choice of Resource-based Cities to Develop Low-carbon Economy Under the Concept of Green Development

我国高度重视绿色发展,出台了多项政策措施促进经济低碳转型。本文在深入分析经济转型所面临的挑战基础上,提出推进低碳经济发展的政策建议:转变经济发展理念,实现发展模式转型;完善政策配套体系,营造良好发展环境;搭建创新发展平台,增强低碳科研实力;优化能源消费结构,提高能源使用效率;调整优化产业结构,推动经济转型升级;培育完善低碳市场,促进良好有序运转,以期为我国经济社会的持续、稳定发展提供参考。

At present,global warming and environmental degradation continue to intensify.Countries around the world are vigor-ously implementing low-carbon economic models to alleviate outstanding environmental problems.Especially after entering the 21 st century,the concept of green development has been widely disseminated.Low-carbon economy is highly praised for its ability to better promote the optimal allocation and utilization of resources and meet the essential requirements of the green development concept.Based on an in-depth analysis of the difficulties in China’s economic transformation,this article proposes policy recommendations for promoting the development of a low-carbon economy,with a view to providing references for the sustained and stable development of my country’s economy and society.
