压铸铝合金链条盖的平面度改善

摘要 铝合金链条盖在压铸过程容易变形,导致其平面度差。虽然可以采用人工矫形,但费工费力,且平面度改善不理想。通过分析,发现压铸件变形的根本原因是顶出设计不合理,开模时动模侧及抽芯局部包紧力过小。通过对顶出系统的优化以及动定模及抽芯包紧力结构的改变,最终改善了平面度。 Aluminum alloy chain cover is easy to deform during die casting process,leading to poor flatness of products.Deformation products costs manpower and material resources,and flatness is not consistent.Through the analysis,it is determined that the origination of the product deformation is the unreasonable ejection design,resulting in the small packing force on the moving side of the die and the part of the core-pulling when the die is pulled.Through the optimization of the ejection system as well as structure of the dynamic fixed die and the core-pulling packing force,finally,the goal was achieved.
