摘要
通过拉伸测试与电子显微分析方法研究了高温热暴露处理对2055-T83态铝锂合金的显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,2055-T83态合金在150℃下热暴露时,强度降低较少,主要原因是T_(1)相具有良好的热稳定性和较强的抗粗化能力。当热暴露温度为300和350℃时,合金强度迅速下降,伸长率大大增加,此时合金中的主要强化相T_(1)相发生粗化及部分溶解,同时合金中还出现了Ω-Al_(2)Cu相和Al_(3)Zr颗粒。
The effects of heat exposure on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2055-T83 Al-Li alloys were investigated by electron microscopy analysis and mechanical property tests.The results indicate that the strength of 2055-T83 alloy has little decrease after heat exposure treatment at 150℃,which is attributed to the desirable thermal stability and strong anti-coarsening ability of T_(1)phase.When the heat exposure temperature is 300℃or 350℃,the strength of the alloys is decreased rapidly and the elongation is increased significantly,where the main strengthening T_(1)phase is coarsened and partial dissolved,andΩ-Al_(2)Cu phase as well as Al_(3)Zr particles also appear.
