摘要
综述了元素添加对偏晶合金凝固过程影响的研究进展,总结归纳了不同元素对偏晶合金凝固过程的影响。通过元素添加,不仅可以抑制宏观偏析,改善偏晶合金凝固组织,对合金的其他性能,如硬度、磁性能、摩擦因数等也会产生积极作用。指出了元素添加应与其他制备方法相结合来制备高性能偏晶合金的研究方向。
The research progress in the solidification process of monotectic alloys under the condition of element addition was reviewed,and effects of various elements on the solidification process of monotectic alloys were summarized.The macrosegregation of monotectic alloy is inhibited and solidification structure is modified after element addition.Moreover,element addition has a positive effect on other properties of the alloy,such as hardness,magnetic properties,friction coefficient,et al.Besides,it is pointed out that the experimental research direction of high performance monotectic alloys should be combined with other preparation methods.
