摘要
经多组钇基混合稀土在AZ91D合金中收得率试验,发现添加1%稀土时收得率最高。稀土含量为3%时压铸AZ91D镁合金晶粒尺寸最小,此时合金的抗拉强度最高。盐雾试验表明,稀土含量为1%时,经48 h仍能达到耐腐性9级。添加1.0%稀土的合金试样和不加稀土的,较其他合金试样在极化曲线上表现出更优的耐腐蚀性能。综合力学性能、耐蚀性能及经济成本考虑,稀土含量为1%比较合适。
The yield rate of rare earth is desirable with 1%rare earth in AZ91 D alloy.Tensile tests show that the AZ91 D alloy with 3%rare earth content has the highest tensile strength and the smallest grain size.The salt spray test shows that the corrosion resistance of the alloy with 1%rare earth can reach grade 9 after 48 hours.Meanwhile,the corrosion resistance of samples with 1.0%rare earth and samples without rare earth are superior to that of other ones on the polarization curve.Considering the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and economic cost,the optimal rare earth addition is 1%.
