Applications of Additive Manufactured Titanium Alloys in the Human Environment

摘要 钛合金作为目前主流的人体植入物,对其在不同人体环境下腐蚀行为的研究具有积极意义。概述了不同增材制造技术的特点和优势,重点论述了选择性激光熔融和电子束熔融制备的钛合金在口腔、硬骨等不同人体环境下的腐蚀行为,分析一些特定模拟人体环境和试验结果。根据目前的研究成果,提出增材制造钛合金在人体环境应用中还需改进的问题,并对其大规模应用和推广前景进行展望。 As the current mainstream human implants,it is of great significance to investigate the corrosion behavior of titanium alloys in various human environments.The characteristics and advantages of different additive manufacturing technologies were reviewed,and the corrosion behavior of titanium alloys prepared by selective laser melting and electron beam melting in different human environments were mainly discussed,such as oral cavity and hard bones,and some specific simulated human environments as well as experimental conclusions were summarized.On this basis,the problems that need to be improved in the applications of additive manufactured titanium alloys in the human environment were proposed,and large-scale applications and prospects were predicted.
