摘要
某发动机主轴承盖采用半固态铝合金流变压铸工艺制造,相比原QT500-7球墨铸铁件减重45%,轻量化效果显著,零件性能满足设计要求。根据半固态铝合金319S的材料性能和半固态压铸工艺特点,对主轴承盖进行了结构重新设计和工艺仿真优化,采用三级固溶热处理,得到的零件组织细密,力学性能高,内部无气孔、缩松等缺陷。零件通过10^(7)次单体台架疲劳试验验证,具有良好的应用前景。
Aluminum alloy main bearing cap of engine block was produced by semi-solid rheological die casting. Compared with QT500-7 products, weight is reduced by 45%, presenting the remarkable lightweight effect, and the performance of the parts meets the design requirements. The main bearing cap was redesigned and optimized according to the properties of the semi-solid aluminum alloy 319 S and the characteristics of the SSM. After the three-stage heat treatment, the metallographic structure is fine with high mechanical properties and absence of defects such as gas hole and shrinkage porosity. The aluminum alloy parts have passed 10 million single-frame fatigue tests, showing good application prospects.
