涂层技术在钛合金石墨型铸造中的应用研究 被引量:3

Application of Coating Technology on Graphite Casting of Titanium Alloy

摘要 研究了涂层技术对石墨型铸造充型能力以及钛合金铸件品质的影响。结果表明,石墨型经过涂层处理后,钛合金液流散更均匀、稳定,充型能力得到提高,可有效减少铸件表面的流痕、冷隔缺陷并改善其表面粗糙度,表面粗糙度由12.5μm提高至6.3μm,能够有效避免铸件表面裂纹的形成且与石墨粘结性好,无掉渣现象。金相组织观察发现,铸件表面扩散层厚度与无涂层的相当,均小于0.05 mm。 The effects of coating technology on filling capacity of graphite casting and the quality of titanium alloy casting was investigated.The results indicate that the liquid dispersion of the titanium alloy is more uniform and stable after the coated graphite mold,and the filling ability of the thin plate is improved,effectively reducing the flow mark and cold shut defects on the surface of castings and improving the surface roughness,which is increased from 12.5μm to 6.3μm.Surface crack formation of castings is effectively avoided,and good adhesion with graphite is obtained without slag dropping.The metallographic examination demonstrates that the thickness of the diffusion layer on the surface of the casting is equivalent to that of the uncoated one,both of which are less than 0.05 mm.
