Fe代替V制备低成本钛合金的组织与性能 被引量:2

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of the Low Cost Titanium Alloy with Substitute of Fe for V

摘要 设计了4种成分的低成本Ti-Al-V-Fe合金,通过真空非自耗电弧熔炼及热处理得到成分较为均匀的(α+β)钛合金铸锭,并利用扫描电镜、拉伸试验机、数显硬度计等手段研究了不同Fe和V含量的低成本钛合金的微观组织与力学性能。结果表明,不同成分钛合金的组织差异不明显,多为粗大柱状晶,显微组织为魏氏组织和网篮状组织;随着Fe和V含量增加,其屈服强度和抗拉强度随之增大,其中Fe比V的强化效果更明显;当Fe含量升高时,钛合金伸长率降低程度明显严重,Fe含量过高会使晶格畸变过大引起相的脆化;V对钛合金组织细化作用明显,当V含量增加时钛合金伸长率略有提高。 Several low-cost Ti-Al-V-Fe alloys with different composition were designed,and uniform(α+β)titanium alloy ingots were obtained by thenon-consumable vacuum arc melting and heat treatment.The microstructure and mechanical properties of low-cost titanium alloys with different Fe and V contents were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope,test machine and digital micro-hardness tester.The results indicate that absence of difference between the microstructure of titanium alloy with different composition can be observed,which are coarse columnar crystals composed of Widmannstatten and basket-net structure.With the increase of Fe and V,the yield strength and tensile strength of the alloy are also increased,where the strengthening effect of Fe is more significant than V.As Fe content increases,the reduction of elongation is increased obviously,and the higher Fe content leads to the larger lattice distortion,resulting in phase embrittlement.V can refine the microstructure of the titanium alloy,and the elongation of the titanium alloy is increased slightly as V content increases.
