超薄宽幅精密钛箔带材制备技术研究

摘要 超薄宽幅精密钛箔带材在氢能及燃料电池、化工、3C等领域应用前景广阔,但由于其尺寸精度高、厚度薄、带宽,制备较为困难。通过对超薄宽幅精密钛箔带材表面品质、组织性能及板形进行研究,获得了名义厚度为0.1 mm,宽度为420 mm的超薄宽幅精密钛箔带材。对钛箔带材化学成分、微观组织、力学性能、成形性能进行分析,指明了精密钛箔带材的市场应用方向。 Ultra-thin width precision titanium foil strip has broad application prospects in hydrogen energy,fuel cell,chemical industry,3 C and other fields.However,the preparation is difficult due to high dimensional accuracy,thin thickness and bandwidth.The surface quality,microstructure,properties and shape of ultra-thin width precision titanium foil strip were investigated,and the ultra-thin width precision titanium foil strip with nominal specification of 0.1 mm×420 mm was obtained.The chemical composition,microstructure,mechanical properties and forming properties were analyzed,and the marketing application direction of precision titanium foil strip was pointed out.
