电磁场诱发半固态合金熔体混沌对流及对凝固组织影响

摘要 综述了半固态合金熔体中电磁场诱发的混沌对流现象及其对半固态合金凝固组织的影响等方面的研究进展,介绍了混沌理论及其在工程中的应用、混沌对流在半固态合金制备中的应用。在此基础上,着重阐述了计算机模拟技术解析半固态合金熔体流动混沌对流方面的工作进展及成果。最后,总结了电磁场诱发的混沌对流对半固态合金凝固组织影响的研究进展,并对其潜在应用和主要发展方向进行了展望。 The research progress in aspects of the effects of chaotic advection induced by electromagnetic field on the solidified microstructure in semi-solid alloy was reviewed.The chaotic theory and its engineering application,as well as the application of the chaotic advection in the preparation of the semi-solid alloy were introduced.On this basis,the progress and the results achieved that apply the mathematical modeling to parse the chaotic advection during melt flow in semi-solid alloy were mainly expounded.Finally,the research advances on the effects of chaotic advection induced by electromagnetic field on solidified microstructure in semi-solid alloy were summarized,and the potential application and the main development direction were prospected.
