摘要
在Gleeble-3800型热模拟试验机上进行SP700钛合金的等温恒应变速率压缩试验,对变形温度为700~950℃、应变速率为0.001~1 s^(-1)的条件下得到的流动应力曲线进行摩擦修正和温度修正,并分析热压缩试验过程中摩擦效应和温度效应对材料流动应力的影响。结果表明,摩擦修正系数受变形温度及应变速率的影响显著,但其受影响的变化规律不明显。此外,摩擦效应和温度效应对SP700钛合金热压缩流动应力都有显著影响,并有明显的规律,且在该热变形参数条件下摩擦效应的影响比温度效应要大。
The SP700 titanium alloy was subjected to an isothermal constant strain rate compression experiment on the Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine.Perform friction correction and temperature correction on the flow stress curve were conducted under the process parameters of the deformation temperature of 700~950℃and the strain rate of 0.001~1 s^(-1),and the influence of friction effect and temperature effect on the flow stress of the material during the thermal compression experiment was analyzed.The results indicate that the friction correction coefficient is significantly affected by the deformation temperature and strain rate,of which the change law is not obvious yet.In addition,friction effect and temperature effect have significant effects on the thermal compression flow stress of SP700 titanium alloy with obvious rules,and the effect of friction is greater than that of temperature under the conditions of thermal deformation parameters.
