Effects of Different Welding Speeds on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of GH3039/IC10 Electron Beam Welded Joints

摘要 IC10单晶Ni3Al基高温合金和GH3039高温合金可以采用电子束焊接技术用于整体叶盘的制造。通过改变焊接速度研究焊接参数对GH3039/IC10电子束焊接头组织与力学性能的影响,为工程实际应用提供数据参考。 IC10 single crystal Ni3Al-based superalloy and GH3039 superalloy can be used in the manufacture of integral leaf disc by electron beam welding.The effect of welding parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of GH3039/IC10 electron beam welded joints was investigated by changing welding speed,which provided data references for practical application of the project.
