摘要
采用真空感应熔炼(VIM)+电渣重熔(ESR)+真空自耗重熔(VAR)三联工艺试制Ni-Cr精密合金,并与VIM+ESR双联工艺生产的产品进行对比,分析了合金纯净度的变化。结果表明,三联工艺试制产品中有害元素和非金属夹杂物含量等均降低了50%以上,试制合金具有更好的加工性能,满足了Ni-Cr精密电阻合金箔材的加工要求。
The VIM+ESR+VAR triplex melting process was adopted to produce the Ni-Cr resistance alloys and the purity variation was analyzed comparing with VIM+ESR double process products.The results reveal that the reduction of harmful elements and nonmetallic inclusion in triplex melting process products reach up to 50%.Meanwhile,the trial-produced alloy has a better machining performance,which meets the requirements for processing Ni-Cr precision resistance alloy foil.
