音乐专业技能性很强,对于不同类型的校外实践基地都有一定的需求,组建校外实践基地群,是音乐专业学生的实践活动以及音乐专业人才培养工作的首要任务。基地群的建设首先在于各个基地的选择,应当囊括不同类型的音乐专业实践基地,其次是要建立一支优势互补的指导教师队伍,只有以共管共建为基础、合作互利为保障,才能建设好共同性发展的音乐专业校外实践基地群。

Music is a very practical specialty,which demands various off-campus practice bases.To construct offcampus practice base groups is the priority for the practice of the Music majors and talent training of music specialty.The first task for that is to select the bases,which need to be different types;the second is to develop a group of instructors with complementary advantages.Only through co-management,co-construction and mutual-benefit cooperation,can common development of off-campus practice base groups for Music Specialty be realized.
