农地流转的多维减贫效应研究——非农就业与农机服务的中介作用

Research on the Multidimensional Poverty Reduction Effect of Farmland Transfer——The Mediating Role of off-farm Employment and Agricultural Machinery Services

运用2018年CFPS数据,基于多维贫困理论及A-F方法,构建农村家庭多维相对贫困指标体系,采用有序Probit和Tobit回归模型,实证分析农地流转的多维减贫效果及其在转出、转入上的主要中介作用机制。研究发现,农地转出和农地转入都具有显著的多维减贫效果,其在中度贫困家庭中最为明显;农地转出主要通过提高家庭非农就业率实现减贫,而农地转入则可通过更多地使用农业机械提高生产效率,继而缓解多维相对贫困。

Using the 2018 CFPS data,based on the multi-dimensional poverty theory and the A-F method,a multi-dimensional relative poverty indicator system for rural households was constructed,and the ordered Probit and Tobit regression models were used to empirically analyze the multi-dimensional poverty reduction effect of farmland transfer and its effects on transfer-out and transfer-in.the main mediating mechanism.The study found that both farmland transfer out and farmland transfer in have a significant multi-dimensional poverty reduction effect,which is most obvious in moderately poor households;farmland transfer out mainly achieves poverty reduction by increasing the non-agricultural employment rate of households,while farmland Transfer-in can improve production efficiency through more use of agricultural machinery,thereby alleviating multidimensional relative poverty.
