Promoting Intellectual Property Financing by Financial Innovation

当前,知识产权融资面临知识产权价值评估难、定价难、处置难三大难题,已有探索难以满足创新创业型企业的知识产权融资需求。国际经验与中国实践显示,精准和集成的金融创新是突破知识产权融资约束的关键。突破企业融资瓶颈,建设知识产权强国,需加强政府引导和金融机构合作创新,在培育知识产权交易平台、拓宽直接融资渠道、运用金融科技等方面协同发力。

At present,intellectual property financing faces three main challenges:it is difficult to evaluate,price and dispose intellectual property.The existing intellectual property financing practice is hard to meet the intellectual property financing needs of innovative enterprises.International experience and China’s practice show that the precise and integrated financial innovation is the key to the breakthrough of intellectual property financing.To break enterprises’financing bottleneck and to form a great power of intellectual property,we need to strengthen the government guidance,improve financial institutions’cooperation and innovation,cultivate intellectual property trading platform,broaden direct financing channels,and use financial technology.
