摘要
以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)与聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMEG)作原材料聚合制备了PTMEG聚氨酯预聚体(简称:PTMEG预聚体);采用3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)对其进行扩链固化制备了PTMEG聚氨酯弹性体(简称:PTMEG弹性体);采用FT-IR谱图、XRD和SEM分析等技术研究了-NCO含量对其性能的影响。结果表明,当-NCO质量分数为6.63%时,PTMEG弹性体中活性基团基本反应完全,性能达到最优,出现了衍射峰,而且断面出现暗和亮两部分,PTMEG弹性体中软硬两链段相间存在。
PTMEG polyurethane prepolymer(PTMEG prepolymer)was synthesized from toluene diisocyanate(TDI)and polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol(PTMEG)and cured with 3,3′-dichloro-4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane(MoCA).Through the study of FT-IR spectrum,XRD analysis and SEM,it could be seen that when the content of-NCO was 6.63%,the active groups in PTMEG elastomer basically reacted completely,the performance reached the best,and there were diffraction peaks and dark and bright zones in the cross section,indicating that there was phases of soft and hard chain segments in PTMEG elastomer.
