摘要
以柠檬酸和乙二胺作原材料并采用微波合成法,制备了粗碳量子点(CCDs);以白炭黑(SiO_(2))作载体并采用固相法,合成了功能环保型橡胶助剂(CCDs/SiO_(2));研究了CCDs/SiO_(2)对丁苯橡胶结构与力学性能的影响。结果表明,在橡胶胶料中粗碳量子点与填料之间具有相互促进分散作用;当添加44份CCDs/SiO_(2)(质量比为1/10)时,丁苯橡胶热氧老化性能最佳;CCDs/SiO_(2)具有良好的补强性能,还可用作橡胶硫化活性剂。
The coarse carbon quantum dots(CCDs)was prepared by microwave synthesis method using citric acid and ethylenediamine as raw materials.The functional and environmentally friendly rubber coagent(CCDs/SiO_(2))were synthesized by solid phase method with silica(SiO_(2))as the carrier,and the effect of CCDs/SiO_(2)on the structure and mechanical properties of styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)was studied.The results showed that CCDs and fillers in the compound promoted the dispersion of each other.When adding 30 phr CCDs/SiO_(2)(mass ratio of 1∶10),the thermal oxygen aging resistance of SBR was the best,CCDs/SiO_(2)had good reinforcing properties and could also be used as activator.
