偶联剂Si747改性氧化石墨烯/天然橡胶复合材料性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以硅烷偶联剂γ-巯丙基乙氧基双-(丙烷基-六乙氧基硅氧烷)(Si747)化学改性氧化石墨烯(GO),使用结合胶乳共混工艺制得了Si747-GO/NR复合材料,并研究了复合材料微观结构及各项性能。结果表明,改性GO在橡胶基体中的分散较好;与未经改性GO/NR复合材料相比,Si747-GO/NR改性复合材料力学性能和耐磨性均获得显著提高;Si747/未改性GO质量比为4/1时,Si747-GO/NR复合材料拉伸强度比未经改性复合材料提高了12.4%,撕裂强度提高45.9%,耐磨性提高了43.6%。 Graphene oxide(GO)was chemically modified with silane coupling agentγ-mercaptopropyl ethoxy bis-(propylene-hexethoxy siloxane)(Si747),Si747-GO/NR composite was prepared by latex blending process,and its microstructure and properties were studied.The results showed that the dispersion of modified GO in the rubber matrix was better.Compared with the unmodified GO/NR composites,the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the Si747-GO/NR composite were significantly improved.When the mass ratio of Si747/unmodified GO was 4/1,the tensile strength,tear strength and wear resistance of Si747-GO/NR composite was 12.4%,45.9%and 43.6%higher than those of unmodified composites.
