橡胶涂覆织物用涂胶机涂布单元设计

Design of Coating Unit of Coating Machine for Rubber Coated Fabric

从橡胶涂覆织物基材、涂布方式、橡胶涂胶机涂布单元组成及运行机理等方面介绍了涂布单元的组成。结果表明,新设计的旋转多刀涂覆单元为刮刀涂覆方式中的新结构,可进行棉布、玻璃纤维布、聚酯布、锦纶布和芳纶布等的涂覆生产;旋转式涂覆方式和快速变换涂覆刀可满足不同厚度、不同工艺的织物涂覆需求。

The design of coating unit was introduced from the aspects of rubber coated fabric substrate,coating mode,coating unit construct and operation mechanism of rubber coating machine.The results showed that the newly designed rotary multi blade coating unit was a new structure in the scraper coating mode,and could be used for the coating production of cotton cloth,glass fiber cloth,polyester cloth,nylon cloth and aramid cloth.The rotary coating method and fast changing coating knife could meet the requirements of coating fabrics with different thickness and different processes.
