橡胶(直角形)撕裂强度值偏差原因探讨

Discussion on Deviation Causes of Rubber (Right Angle) Tear Strength Value

探讨了试样调节、测试程序、测试设备和测试人员操作习惯等因素对橡胶(直角形)撕裂强度测试结果的影响。结果表明,试样调节时间越长,测试结果越接近真实值;夹片后载荷不调零的操作方式测试结果偏大。

Influences of the factors,such as sample conditioning,test procedures,test equipments,testers operating habits,on rubber(right angle)tear strength value were discussed.The results showed that longer the sample condition time was,closer to the true value the test results were.The deviation of test results of the operation mode,in which the load was not zero after clipping the sample,was larger.
