摘要
研究了胶料未处理、造粒、回炼和挤出等预成型方式对天然橡胶及其制品性能的影响。结果表明,回炼预成型NR胶料t90较短,门尼粘度较低,改善了胶料工艺性能,并且拉伸强度和撕裂性能均最佳;挤出预成型NR胶料交联密度和回弹性均较好,制品刚度和蠕变性能均最好。
Influences of different perform methods,such as untreated,pelletizing,remilling and extrusion,on properties of rubber compound and its products were researched.The results showed that the optimum cure time(t90)and Moony viscosity of the remilling NR compound decreased,the processing properties were obviously modified,the tensile strength and tear strength were optimum.The cross linking density and resilience properties of the extrusion compound were excellent,the stiffness and creep properties of the products were great.
