摘要
采用动态硫化法制备了乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物/顺丁橡胶热塑性硫化胶(EVA/BR TPV),研究了其粘弹行为和POE热塑性弹性体对体系高弹性改善作用的影响。结果表明,加入POE能显著降低EVA/BR TPV硬度,且当POE用量在5~10份之间时降低效果较好;随着扫描频率的增大,采用POE改性后的TPV储能模量(G′)、损耗模量(G″)和复数模量(G~*)均逐渐升高,损耗因子逐渐降低。在温度扫描实验中,由于EVA呈半结晶型连续相,其熔融位置出现损耗峰且损耗因子升高;在应变扫描实验中,TPV储能模量、损耗模量和复数模量均在0~10%范围内显著升高,当应变大于10%后三者均显著下降;应变很小时TPV损耗因子基本保持不变,当应变达到60%之后,EVA和POE构成的连续相与SBR分散相的界面作用受到严重破坏,TPV损耗因子发生突变且急剧上升。
EVA/BR thermoplastic vulcanizates(TPV)was prepared by using dynamic vulcanization technology,the TPV viscoelastic behavior and effct of POE thermoplastic elastomer on the modification of the system elastomeric property were researched.The results showed that the EVA/BR TPV hardness obviously decreased by adding POE in EVA matrix,the decrease effcet was good when the dosage of POE was 5~10 phr.The storage modulus,loss modulus and complex modulus of the TPV modified with POE all increased with the increase of scanning frequency,tanδdecreased.In the temperature scan experiment,because EVA had semi-crystalline and continuous phase in the TPV,the mechanical loss peak was near the melting point of EVA and the tanδincreased.In the strain scan experiment,the storage modulus,loss modulus and complex modulus of the TPV all significantly increased when the strain was 0~10%,the 3 modulus all significantly decreased when the strain was big than 10%.Tanδhad almost no change when the strain was very small.The tanδincreased rapidly when the strain was large than 60%,due to the interface interaction of EVA/POE continuous phase and BR disperse phase was damaged.
