Study and Implementation of Xi Jinping’s Rule of Law Forum on Modernization of Urban Governance Systems and Governance Capacities

正值举国上下深入学习贯彻习近平法治思想之际,天津市委依法治市办、市法学会与市法学会宪法学分会积极响应号召,于2020年12月20日在天津市政协俱乐部举办了"学习贯彻习近平法治思想推进城市治理体系和治理能力现代化"论坛。本次论坛紧紧围绕习近平法治思想和习近平总书记关于城市治理体系、治理能力现代化的重要论述展开研讨。各专家学者共同探讨了依宪治国、依宪执政的法治思想以及习近平法治思想引领下的大中小学法治教育一体化,并就"习近平法治思想理论解读"、"法律监督体系与社会治理"、"习近平法治思想指导下的审判、检察工作"、"城市治理中的生物安全和科技伦理"等议题展开研讨。

As the whole nation thoroughly studies and implements Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law, the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Law Society and the Constitutional Branch of the Municipal Law Society responded positively to the call. On December 20,2020, the forum on "studying and implementing Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law to promote the modernization of urban governance system and governance ability"was held at Tianjin CPPCC Club. This forum closely revolves around Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the modernization of urban governance system and governance ability. Experts and scholars have jointly discussed the integration of the rule of law education in primary and secondary schools under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought, and discussed such topics as "Xi Jinping’s theory of rule of law ","legal supervision system and social governance ", "Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought under the guidance of trial,procuratorial work ","urban governance in biosafety and science and technology ethics"and so on.
