社会治理是政府和社会都关注的重要内容,中国特色社会治理体系不同于西方去中心化的治理模式,社会治理的目标在于维护社会秩序、促进社会和谐,本质上是要重新建立"社会"空间内的政治与社会权力关系。权力现代化是考察政治社会权力关系演变的重要依据,其最显著的一个特点是权力双向性。文章从权力现代化的视角出发,对大数据社会治理、基层社区治理、社会矛盾化解、平安建设、公共服务、社会组织建设、网络社会治理、思想道德建设、社会心态建设等领域的发展走向进行了探讨。

Social governance is an important content concerned by both the government and the society.The social governance system with China’s characteristics is different from the decentralized governance model in the west.The goal of social governance is to maintain social order and promote social harmony.In essence,it is necessary to re-establish the relationship between politics and social power in the"social"space.Power modernization is an important basis for investigating the evolution of power relations in political society.One of its most remarkable characteristics is the bidirectional nature of power.From the perspective of power modernization,the author discusses the development trend of big data social governance,basic community governance,social conflict resolution,safe construction,public service,social organization construction,network social governance,ideological and moral construction,and social mentality construction.
