从北京时间1月31日,世界卫生组织宣布,将新型冠状病毒疫情(COVID-19)列为“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”,到2月28日将疫情调到“非常高”,再到今天在全球的蔓延,意大利全国限制人员流动、纽约股市、油价大幅下跌。毫无疑问,新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)疫情对社会、经济的影响,已经从中国扩展到世界。新型冠状病毒疫情对中国的进出口企业的影响,也是史无前例的。面对此疫情,进出口企业应当分阶段、分区域,通过商业方法到法律手段的运用,应对疫情的影响,从而最大限度的维护利益。

In 31st January,2020,The outbreak of coronavirus(COVID-19)has been declared a“public health emergency of international concern”by the World Health Organization(WHO).And in 28th February,WHO has upgraded the global risk of coronavirus outbreak to“very high”.So far,this epidemic has led to the total lockdown in Italy,the plunge in stocks and the oil market.Obviously,coronavirus(COVID-19)has the potential to affect not only the Chinese economy but also the global economy.Therefore,this outbreak brings unprecedented challenges to Chinese import and export enterprises.In view of this,companies should adopt phased and regional approaches,both commercially and legally,to address possible impacts and maintain business interests in a maximum way.
