摘要
一、引言“入唐八家”是日本遣唐使中請回唐代佛教文物文獻最爲傑出的代表。在唐求法旅程中,他們不僅與唐土的僧侣文士有着密切的交流,還請回大量的佛教經律章疏等内典文獻、法器道具及外典若干,這些文獻大多著録在其回國上奏天皇的“請來目録”(或稱“將來目録”)中。作爲中國古典目録學的重要組成部分,入唐日僧求法目録反映了中古時期文獻的諸種形態,展現了佛教東傳與繁榮發展的盛况,實爲不可多得的史料依據。日僧攜歸的唐代文物文獻中載録碑銘衆多,八家目録中六家(最澄、空海、圓仁、惠運、圓珍、宗叡)皆有碑銘著録。
Saichōand Kūkai carried numerous cultural relics and literature from Tang China to Japan including many inscriptions.According to we have collected,there are in total 30 inscriptions and some of them have not been recorded in preserved Chinese books.This reflects the rubbings and manuscripts of stone inscriptions were widely circulated and valued by Japanese monks in the Tang Dynasty.These rubbings and manuscripts are precious heritage.They manifest the eastern spreading of Chinese culture.They also show the cultural exchange and friendly intercourse between China and Japan.These include composition of inscription,spread of calligraphy and propaganda of Buddhism.Last but not least,these activities promoted the establishment and dissemination of Buddhism in Japan.
