递进式护理模式对老年人工髋关节置换术后自我效能感、髋关节功能恢复的影响

Effect of Progressive Nursing Mode on Self-efficacy and Hip Function Recovery of Elderly Patients Undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的探究递进式护理模式对老年人工髋关节置换术后自我效能感、髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2021年1月~2022年12月我院收治的60例人工髋关节置换术患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施递进式护理模式,两组均护理至术后3个月。比较两组自我效能感、运动耐力、髋关节功能、生活质量。结果对比两组护理前自我效能感、运动耐力、髋关节功能、生活质量(P>0.05);观察组护理后一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分较对照组高,6 min行走距离(6MWD)较对照组长,髋关节功能评分表(Harris)中各维度评分均较对照组高,WHO生活质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)中各维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论递进式护理模式能够增强老年人工髋关节置换术患者自我效能感,提高运动耐力,改善髋关节功能从而提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of progressive nursing mode on self-efficacy and hip function recovery of elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received progressive nursing mode,which were both given nursing until 3 months after surgery.Self-efficacy,exercise tolerance,hip function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The self-efficacy,exercise tolerance,hip function and quality of life before nursing were compared between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the general self-efficacy scale(GSEs)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the 6MWD of the observation group was longer than that of the control group.The scores of each dimension in the Harris hip function scale were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of each dimension in the WHO quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Progressive nursing mode can enhance the self-efficacy of elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty,increase exercise tolerance,and improve hip function and quality of life.
