PDCA循环护理对维持性血液透析患者高钾血症的影响

Effect of PDCA Circulation Nursing on Hyperkalemia in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的研究PDCA循环护理对维持性血液透析患者高钾血症的影响效果。方法选取2021年3月-2022年10月在我院接受的60例维持性血液透析高钾血症患者,根据随机数字表达法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行PDCA循环护理,观察两组患者护理前后血清钾水平。结果护理前,两组患者血清钾水平对比无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者血清钾浓度均有下降,研究组下降幅度较为明显(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析高钾血症患者应用PDCA循环护理效果较好,患者血清钾水平得到显著改善。

Objective:To study the effect of PDCA circulation nursing on hyperkalemia in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hyperkalemia on maintenance hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected,and were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number expression,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received PDCA circulation nursing.Serum potassium levels of patients in both groups before and after nursing were observed.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in serum potassium level between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,serum potassium concentration decreased in both groups,and the decrease range of the study group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA is effective on hyperkalemia in nursing patients with maintenance hemodialysis,and the serum potassium level has been significantly improved.
