血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症性脑病患者的效果

Effect of Hemodialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion in the Treatment of Patients with Uremic Encephalopathy

目的分析血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症性脑病患者的效果以及对其凝血功能、炎性反应相关指标的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2023年3月在本院接受治疗的尿毒症合并脑病患者64例,随机将其平均分为对照组和实验组,每组各32例。对照组采用血液透析疗法进行治疗,实验组患者联合血液灌流进行治疗。对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果、凝血功能相关指标以及炎性反应相关指标变化情况。结果实验组临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);组间治疗前凝血功能、炎性反应水平对比,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);组内对比,治疗后凝血功能、炎性反应均低于治疗前,组间对比实验组均更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症性脑病患者,可获得理想的临床治疗效果,在改善患者凝血功能以及炎性反应水平方面效果显著,可在临床进行推广应用。

Objective:To analyse the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with uremic encephalopathy and the effect on the coagulation function and inflammatory response-related indexes.Methods:A total of 64 patients with uremic encephalopathy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected,and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and the experimental group was treated combining with hemoperfusion.The clinical effect,coagulation function and inflammatory response-related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the comparison of the level of coagulation function and inflammatory response before treatment between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in the intra-group comparison,the coagulation function and inflammatory response after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the comparison between the groups the experimental group was even lower,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of patients with uremic encephalopathy can receive ideal clinical effect,which is effective in improving the coagulation function and the level of inflammatory response,and can be promoted and applied in clinic.
