骨膨胀裂开法结合引导骨组织再生技术在种植牙手术中的应用

Application of Bone Expansion and Dehiscence Combined with Guided Bone Tissue Regeneration in Dental Implant Surgery

摘要 目的探究骨膨胀裂开法结合引导骨组织再生技术在种植牙手术中的应用可行性。方法选取2020年2月-2023年2月我院收治的84例行种植牙手术的患者,以随机数字表法将其分至对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组实施引导骨组织再生技术治疗,观察组实施骨膨胀裂开法结合引导骨组织再生技术治疗。对两组患者骨组织指标、牙周指标以及临床疗效进行比较。结果术前与术后即刻两组患者骨组织指标比较(P>0.05),术后3个月和术后6个月观察组患者颊舌侧骨板宽度与垂直高度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者牙周指标比较(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者牙槽嵴顶唇舌向水平宽度显著高于对照组,牙周附着水平(periodontal attachment level,PAL)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行种植牙手术的患者实施骨膨胀裂开法结合引导骨组织再生技术治疗,能够改善患者骨组织与牙周组织指标水平,从而提高临床疗效。 Objective:To explore the effect of bone expansion and dehiscence combined with guided bone tissue regeneration in dental implant surgery.Methods:A total of 84 patients who underwent dental implant surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with guided bone tissue regeneration,while the observation group was treated with bone expansion and dehiscence combined with guided bone tissue regeneration.The bone tissue index,periodontal index and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The width and vertical height of the buccolingual bone plate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).The comparison of periodontal indexes between the two groups before and after treatment,the horizontal width of alveolar ridge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05),and the periodontal attachment level(PAL)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone expansion and dehiscence combined with guided bone tissue regeneration in patients undergoing dental implant surgery can improve the level of bone tissue and periodontal tissue indexes,and enhance clinical efficiency.
